Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital, in partnership with Surry Community College, offers Aquatic Exercise programs including High Energy, Fluid Movement/Arthritis and Basic Aquatic Exercise at the Hugh Chatham Aquatic Center.

The Center, located at 700 Chatham Medical Park, features a state-of-the-art Wellness Pool heated to 88 degrees. This ensures a comfortable environment for persons with joint and muscle disorders. The exercise program provides an opportunity to enhance overall health and wellness increasing strength, flexibility and agility.
